I’m here to make a difference

I’m socially conscious, pay it forward and enjoy giving back. Each year I support a number of charities. Whilst I’m gender neutral in my business, you’ll always notice that one of the charities I’ll support will be women-focused. The reason why is because I want to see more women as entrepreneurs or business leaders. I want more balance and believe that positive transformation will only occur when the workplace is more gender diversified. I believe you’re like me too, and that you’ll want to help. As a result, I donate 10% of my annual profits to the partners listed below.

Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the Internet and a worldwide network of micro-finance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world.

The core of our work is strengthening the capacity of women entrepreneurs in countries where they lack equal opportunities. We focus our support on women in Africa, South Asia and the Middle East, where we can add value and where we see clear potential for women in business to become self-sustaining in the longer term. We rely on local knowledge and resources wherever possible, working in partnership with local organisations based in the countries we work in.
